Kendall Concrete & Masonry was founded in 2020 by a crew of tradespeople who grew up working on South Florida homes. We are based in Kendall and serve homeowners throughout Miami-Dade County - from Coral Gables and Doral to Homestead and Hialeah.
Kendall's housing stock is distinct. Most homes were built between the 1970s and 1990s on concrete slab foundations, with stucco exteriors and tile roofs designed for a climate that is hard on masonry.
